Duties include: Applying mathematical and statistical techniques to analyze tax implications, insurance valuations, and develop strategies to optimize client outcomes in these areas. Developing and maintaining financial models to support tax forecasting, risk assessment, insurance pricing, and other financial aspects of the company's service offerings. Providing actionable insights for tax planning strategies, ensuring compliance with current regulations. Collaborating with the bookkeeping and payroll teams to ensure accurate financial records, identify trends, and suggest improvements to enhance client services. Assisting clients with financial decision-making by providing detailed analysis and personalized recommendations for tax strategies, insurance coverage, and financial planning. Conducting cost-benefit analysis on various financial strategies and services offered by the company to identify opportunities for efficiency and profitability improvement. Identifying potential financial risks associated with client portfolios, tax strategies, and insurance policies, and recommend mitigation strategies. Advising clients on aspects of capitalization, such as amounts, sources, or timing. Evaluating and comparing the relative quality of various securities in each industry. Interpreting data on price, yield, stability, future investment-risk trends, economic influences, and other factors affecting investment programs.

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or a foreign equivalent degree. 24 months of experience as a Financial Analyst or a related position. Fluency in Portuguese. Knowledge of Power BI and advanced Excel skills. Alternatively, we will also consider candidates with an Associate's degree (or a foreign equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. The same requirements apply: you'll need at least two years of experience in a related role, fluency in Portuguese, and solid skills in Power BI and advanced Excel.
